Pat Hansen
Viewing all of life as continuing development, Pat works with coaching clients to identify goals and priorities, to develop plans to achieve the most important goals while making sure they are consistent with the client’s larger life values and goals and to stay on course to achieve their objectives. Clients say that working with Pat makes a positive difference in both their personal performance and the bottom line, and they may also sleep better at night.
Pat also has general management experience as a subsidiary CEO and as a corporate Chief Administrative Officer. His consulting assignments included strategic business planning, management transition, and preparing a company to be acquired. His human resources work emphasized overall HR management, organization development and management coaching. He has built IT organizations from scratch, turned more than one around, improved customer/employee satisfaction, cut costs, reengineered, and even outsourced some functions. He has helped organizations assess how best to use technology to facilitate business change and to implement that change.
With a broad range of coaching and consulting clients, Pat has worked with entrepreneurial CEOs, Fortune 1000 CIOs, and also with financial, engineering and marketing executives, among others. Pat holds an undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Masters in Psychology from United States International University. He is also a graduate of the University of California, Irvine Executive Program. Pat is currently the Orange County Chapter President of Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
