Philippa Kennealy
Philippa Kennealy is a Certified Executive and Professional Coach, and a Speaker/Presenter. She is President of Oya Consulting, a coaching and consulting company providing services to executives, entrepreneurs and professional practices.
Her list of coaching and leadership training clients includes executives from insurance companies, health plans, advertising agencies, entertainment, publishing, financial planning, and medical groups. She also coaches entrepreneurs with independent professional businesses or practices.
Philippa received her ICF-recognized coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.
She is a board-certified family physician, former Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center Medical Director and Chief Administrative Officer, and former Executive Vice President for two Internet companies.
She received her MD in South Africa in 1978 and worked as a physician in private practice in Zimbabwe and in Santa Monica. She received her MPH from UCLA, in Health Services Management in 1997.
