Susan Bock
Susan is known for coaching her clients to break out of the confines of their current circumstances by implementing new tactics and solutions-based thinking. Her premise is based on the theory; first you visualize, then you materialize. For example, she helped a start up company align their business design with their financial goals resulting in a 35% increase in revenue within 6 short months.
Susan’s goal is to assist her clients in acquiring clarity of their vision and designing the next appropriate actions to support this vision. Through active collaboration and participation, her clients have a map to success - knowing where they are going, having the means of reaching their destination and recognizing the necessity of taking rest stops along the way.
As a result of Susan’s unique and refreshing perspective, her clients benefit from her extensive experience in business. For example, one of her clients was able to take on more business without adding staff or overhead after realigning the demands on her time and outsourcing key aspects of her business. Susan has a Masters degree in Organizational Management and is a Mastered Certified Executive Coach through the College of Executive Coaching. She has also studies with industry icons in Idea Generation, Communications and Management.
She is a past president of the Association of Professional Consultants and is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
