NetSpeed Leadership® Reinforcement Tools

NetSpeed Leadership’s Four-Step Post-Classroom Reinforcement Approach

Step One: Job Aid Card. A four-color, highly attractive take-away card used to reinforce key learning principles from the classroom. Participants are known to post them at their work stations as learning reminders.

Step Two: Electronic Magazine. A four-page “e-zine” emailed to classroom participates one week after the classroom training, with crisp articles, case studies and role model interviews, reinforcing the key learning concepts from the classroom. A short 15-20 minute read time, to ensure high start and completion rates.

Step Three: NetSpeed On The Job™. A web-based tool in which the participant can construct a detailed worksheet for a specific work challenge. It leads the participant though a series of questions to map out an entire action planning worksheet within minutes, following a template based directly on learning principles covered in their classroom experience. Available for use after the classroom, this is a tool participants can use repeatedly as they encounter new work challenges where they can apply the learning model.

Step Four: NetSpeed Coach™. A multimedia, interactive series of questions that tests a participant’s recall and understanding of the classroom module. Additional information and explanations are available either immediately through the online virtual coach or by emailing a personal coach for further assistance. NetSpeed Coach includes a built-in Level III assessment tool which is recommended to be taken roughly three to four weeks after the classroom session.
